Description of Production

Come shoot your podcast or interview idea live in-studio with up to 4 speakers. High quality live broadcast with the ability to multi stream to different social media platforms at the same time. Up to 1 hour of streaming per session. Multi-camera set-up streaming in HD quality with professional grade microphones. On screen graphic titling is available. Pre recorded video intros and sponsorship ads can be run during the show. Brand logos or show titles can be put on a 50 inch screen for more personal branding.

Details

All live sessions must be paid in full prior to starting the show. Please arrange to have you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start time. It usually takes a little time to get everyone settled in, seated and mic’d-up for sound check. For a more successful live stream it is good practice send a detailed email to us at least 48 hours prior to the show. This will allow us to prepare your show’s graphics, such as on-screen logos, guests names and show titles. You can also email us any intro videos or video sponsorship ads you may have to be pre-loaded and ready for the show. If you plan on continuing a series of your live broadcast with us, the graphics, logos, and titles you send to us can be kept on hand for future shows. You must have accurate login information (both username & password) for any streaming platform you wish to stream to.

Shoot your podcast or interview idea in-studio or on the location of your choosing with up to 4 speakers. High quality 4k video. Up to 1 hour of recording per session. Multi-camera set-up with professional grade microphones. General editing will be applied with camera cuts and on screen graphic titling. Pre recorded video intros and sponsorship ads can be inserted during the show if you have them available. For in studio sessions, logos or show titles can be put on a 50 inch screen for more personal branding or large backdrop banners with logos can be hung for a more desired background.

Details

All sessions require a deposit to schedule and the balance to be paid on the day of the shoot. Please arrange to have you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start time. It usually takes a little time to get everyone settled in, seated and mic’d-up for sound check. For a more successful recording it is good practice to send a detailed email at least 48 hours prior to the show listing the number of guests, location if not in studio, any useful information that would help us be more prepared for your recording. This will allow us to get more acquainted with the production you are planning. The final edited video will be completed and sent to the client between 1 to 2 weeks after the day of shoot. Travel fee is $2.50 per mile after 25 miles for locations outside of Central PA.

Video Commercial/Promo Ads

Description of Production

4k quality video commercial or  promotional ads for your brand, business, product or service. Final commercial can run anywhere from 1 to 4 min. Videos can also be cut to shorter time lengths for different platforms if needed. Single day shoot of up to 4 hours, with voiceover optional. Studio is available for use if needed. Professional royal free music or music tracks of your choosing can be used. A pre production email or  zoom meeting to discuss details and gather information is recommended. Travel fee is $2.50 per mile after 25 miles for locations outside of Central PA. turn around time for final edit is 2 weeks. One reasonable revision is free. Each following revision will be charged at hourly rate. No extra charge for misspellings or incorrect alphanumerical figures.

Talking Head Video

In-Studio or on-location videos

Description of Production

Talking head studio videos are just you talking directly into the camera. Imagine a news anchor or a YouTube personality. This can be yourself or you and a partner. This is a great way to bring a direct message to your audience. Each session is 1 hour. With proper planning, more than one videos can be created in that hour. We can stop and start for mistakes but being prepared with material is the best way to get the most out of your time. We also have a teleprompter available for use. This can help if you have written notes digitally prepared to help you with delivery and timing. All video clips are high quality with basic editing. Editing consists of jump cuts and titling, also background music if requested. A pre production email to discuss details and gather information is recommended. Travel fee is $2.50 per mile after 25 miles for locations outside of Central PA. Turn around time for final edit is 2 weeks. One reasonable revision is free. Each following revision will be charged at hourly rate. No extra charge for misspellings or incorrect alphanumerical figures.

Brandumentary

Mini Documentary for your brand

Description of production

A Brandumentary is our most in depth video production. The word was coined by us and plays on the two words “brand” & “documentary”. Think of it as a short documentary of your brand. With this package we will explore and highlight who you are, where your brand came from, how it's going, and where it's headed. We do this by capturing your brand with a few steps. First we do an on-camera researched interview. We call it a researched interview because we start with a Zoom meeting where you tell us all the great things about you, your products or services. We then conduct a formal sit down interview based on questions derived from that Zoom meeting. Next we capture your brand on camera directly in the field with you as a guide based on that interview. We then tie it all together into a mini documentary running from 3 to 5 minutes. We also include brand photography, which could be photos of yourself, your products or your business. After our Zoom interview we will decide on a shooting day for the formal interview as well as capturing your brand on camera. With proper planning this can all be shot in a single day. The formal sit-down interview can be shot in our studio, or your place of business  or any place you’d like. Travel fee is $2.50 per mile after 25 miles for locations outside of Central PA. Turn around time for final edit is 3 weeks. One reasonable revision is free. Each following revision will be charged at hourly rate. No extra charge for misspellings or incorrect alphanumerical figures.
